5.(a) To play the competitions on our site, you must first be signed up as a member. Membership is free. Then select the competition you wish to play and follow the on-screen instructions. Use your skill and judgement to correctly identify the pixel in which you most accurately believe the center of the ball to be located. Click on the screen to select this spot. The computer will then register this pixel co-ordinate as your entry into the competition, once you confirm. When you are ready to purchase your ticket, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. The funds will be deducted from your online account with us. This chosen account must have sufficient funds available at the time of purchase, or the transaction will be declined and your ticket not registered in the competition. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your entry in the competition.
5.(b) To enter a competition by playing offline, you must complete the relevant game ticket and post it along with a cheque for the relevant amount to our PO Box address as shown on our site and our offline game tickets. 7.(a) Limited Ticket Spot The Ball Competitions - Once all the pre-stated number of competition entries have been reached, the competition will be closed. The centre of the ball position is pre-determined by the management and is not available to anyone but the management of the promotion. This is done from the original picture with the ball still in view and, as close as mathematically possible, the center pixel within the area of the ball is selected as the winning co-ordinate. The winning co-ordinate will be entered into the computer database shortly after a competition has closed and this will result in the person who selected the pixel nearest to, or exactly on, where we say the center of the ball is, the winner(s) will then be shown on screen. In the event of a tie breaker on the first game image, the process will be repeated on the tie breaker game image, only the persons adjudged to have tied on the first image are eligable in this tie breaker, again the computer will show which of those participants are closest to the winning pixel, this person will be announced as the winner of the prize for the competition entered. All decisions of the management will be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence will be entered into. Tickets in these competitions vary in cost depending on the value of the prize, please check ticket prices before purchasing.
7.(b) Limited Ticket Question Competitions - Again, once all the pre-stated number of competition entries have been reached, the competition will close. All those entrants who answered the question correctly will be put into a random draw, their ID number from the competition will be entered into a draw, one of these numbers will be picked out and matched to the entrant of the same number, this entrant will be declared the winner of the said prize. All decisions of the management will be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence will be entered into. Tickets in these competitions vary in cost depending on the value of the prize, please check ticket prices before purchasing.
7.(c) Jackpot Competition - In this competition the competitors win by selecting the exact winning pixel, there is no limit to the number of tickets that can be sold in these competitions. The game will continue until one person wins, at this point a new competition will start automatically in place of the old one. The winner will be contacted by a member of staff from the promotion team. In the event we cannot contact you within 28 days the winnings will be declared void and added to the next competition to start after this 28 day period. Tickets in this competition cost £1 GBP.
8. The winner will be required to provide proof of their identity, age and also that any credit card used was their own or they had permission from the card holder to use it, before any prize will be paid or delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. If the winner has fraudulently used a credit or debit card without authorization they will be liable for expenses incurred by the Promotor caused by this action, any prize won will be declared void and in the event of, a) a limited ticket competition, the prize will go to the next nearest participant, or next drawn correct answer, or b) a jackpot competition, the prize will be included as part of the next starting competition.
9. In the European Union and the UK the car prizes will be delivered VAT paid but any other taxes/import duties/registration costs due will be the responsibility of the prize winner. In all other countries the car will be shipped (net of all taxes) to the nearest port and any applicable import duties/taxes/registration costs due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries. The prize winner will also receive £2,000 pounds towards insurance and servicing for the vehicle.
