Canhekickit.com Ltd reserves the right to refuse, modify, amend or change an application or price and inform you of any such change and give you the right to cancel or amend your application or subscription without penalty. Once your application is accepted, if it is later found there is a problem with your credit/debit card you will be liable for one year's payment in full, at a cost of £40. The company may also refuse any further subscription applications without explanation. |

Entry into our Can He Tip It competition is free of charge to subscribing members, you must be subscribed to the site to enter. Winners are determined by using their skill to predict the outcomes of games and accumulate a score. Highest score per month, this being from the start date of a competition to an end date of a competition, usually, but not always, one month, will win the £10 prize. Highest score from August 1st until June 1st will claim the top prize of £100 and must, by claiming this prize, agree to post their football betting tips on this site for the following year, from 01/08/2006 until 01/06/2007.
All prizes will be paid by cheque and sent to the address given on the subscriber's registration form. Canhekickit.com Ltd will take all possible precautions to ensure any prize is delivered to the correct address as given by the winner. In the unlikely event of 2 or more entrants being tied for 1st place in any competition, the prize money will be split between those tied in 1st place. |
